Flares and other dangerous goods are always charged for regardless of the value of the order, there is no free delivery on these items.

Special note regarding the Highlands and Islands.
If you live there, you will no doubt know how much it costs to deliver there. If we can we use the postal service whenever possible, as this is priced the same as the rest of the UK.
Next Day Delivery
We will do our utmost to fulfill all next day delivery requests. We must be in receipt of the order before 14:00 UK time and of course the goods must be in stock.
Signed For shipments
Many products must be signed for otherwise the carrier will not leave them. It is possible to deliver to alternate addresses such as your place of work if required.

Please email email@example.com for a "returns authorisation". We are happy to refund the cost of any article should it not be satisfactory for any reason. We will accept goods for return up to 28 days from our shipment date. The Distance Selling Act allows for a much shorter return period. This applies to UK returns only. Sale items must be returned within 7 days.
If an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Return it to us with a covering explanatory letter including a "returns authorisation" number. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. We will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.
If there's any other problem with your order
If you have any problems with an order from Norfolk Marine, let us know and we will advise you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively write to us.
If an item fails once its been used
All goods supplied by Norfolk Marine are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, please advise us. E-mail email@example.com or alternatively write to us.
Damaged in transit?
We also accept returns for goods that are have been damaged in transit. Transit damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours please sign the consignment note to indicate damaged in receipt. If this is not done it will affect the status of your claim. For products in this category, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Once we have the goods back we shall credit your account, repair or replace as necessary.
What if an item doesn't fit or it's the wrong colour?
Return it to us with a covering explanatory letter including a "returns authorisation" number. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.
Postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will however charge you for carriage on the replacement. Please note that we can only accept returns for restocking that are:
- In the original packaging which is complete and undamaged
- Unworn or unused
- Are in a condition suitable for resale
Excludes software and books which will only be exchanged if faulty
