White Lead Paste

White Lead Paste
A stiff white paste used for luting joints in timber construction and bedding fittings. Linseed-oil or putty can be added to modify the consistency. The light colour makes it the preferred stopping above the waterline, where white, or other light shades of paint, may be used.
